Thats a NEGATIVE!!!! Actually sounds like this "breeder" knows nothing about leopards and actually cares for them even less. No such thing as a het for carrot tail. Its not a simple recessive gene. As for not feeding leopards to keep them almost comatose! What an idiot! Definetely pass those leopards up.
