today (the oldest one before her just died recently) says she reached her ripe age of 118 by eating Kentucky FRied Chicken. Still, I wouldn't recommend that as the ideal diet to anyone.

:There are certain precautions that people must be aware of when using sand. People just have to be a little more aware that it's not as bad as it sounds.

:I personally don't use it, but I know many people do and have no problems with it.
