: : Okay, so I went back to Petsmart tonight, after pondering all night about the little baby I'd seen there. When I got there and peeked into the cage, the little thing immediately woke up and ran over to the glass, looking at me. So it was decided! : : Look at the pattern on him/her. I've never seen anything like it. It's like... there's little to no pigment on the sides, just the yellow and black on its back. So far I'm thinking about Jasper and Mandrake. Both very male-ish names though, and I'm hoping for a female, don't want to jinx it ;) (pun intended! haha) : : I'd forgotten how active and fun the little ones are compared to my lazy little behemoth Jinks who's sitting in her tank on my new desk here staring at me as if to reproach me for daring to move her house. Lazy thing only comes out to eat and doo. *laughs* At least she's eating again, though. Up to 35 grams now! : : Right now the baby's on repticarpet but tomorrow I'm going to go find some felt. It's already getting its jaw snagged on the RC and I HATE that. But crickets hide too easily under paper towels. :-/ : : Anyways, just wanted to share!! I'm officially addicted!!
