Hi everyone. I'm new to the whole herp laws and with exotic animals period. Here's what I'm trying to find out:
Info on Texas state laws including that of Fish and Wildlife services laws on keep exotics. I not only do rescue but I want to make sure I can keep the exotics I take in. Just as there is a limit on most cities for snakes that have the potential to get or do get over 6', how can I get a permit or license to keep those too?
I want to know if I need a permit to breed reptiles in Texas. I'm trying to find websites (official) so I can contact state officials on this.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
Amanda
