Is this supposed to be a city, county, or state law? I know of a person in PA that breeds and sell snakes, including venomous, at PA and MD shows, so I doubt he's breaking the law (he doesn't sell hots in MD due to MD state laws).

:i live in bucks county
:(warrington), and was recently "informed" by a laywer that breeding snakes in order to sell them is illegal. if anyone in this forum has any knowledge about this, or knows where i can read up on this these let me know..
