:Kollan...although golden poison dart frogs are just one of the many species of toxic amphibians, UNDER THE TN LAW,,,,they "should" be illegal, yet certain petstores continue to sell them, supposedly with the "blessing" of TWRA. Keep in mind that their toxicity comes, in large part, from their diet in the wild, so CB specimens should pose a reduced risk. On a related note, ARE YOU IN TN.???? If so, email me... we're currently planning our 1st meeting with TN herpers to exchange ideas about the laws here. ECO
