Don't get me started on the whole thing again. It is good to hear the state hasn't banned them completely, yet. I agree with the notification law, it's for their protection.
As for the A07375 bill, I don't think it's come up to vote yet either.

:Yes, the notification law passed. And realisitically, it's not a bad idea(as long as towns don't go ballistic and get paranoid). I actually spoke with a DEC Environmental Conservation Enforcement officer who had no problems with private individuals owning venomous species...as long as they do it responsibly.

:I haven't gotten a confirmation that the A07375 bill was officially defeated though.
