Even when I've seen you talking to people with opinions that are completely different from your own, you keep your cool. I don't like discussing my views with most herpers because I always get attacked. They think my views are extreme and they don't like that. This can really get on my nerves. That doesn't mean that I will completely disassociate myself with all herpers. I mean, when HB 1725 was being pushed here in Washington, I spent countless hours contacting as many herpers as I could to make sure that their voices would be heard before the bill was to be voted on. When such bills that pretty much every herper will be against are in the works, I don't mind working together to fight them. But I don't want to so much as suggest that I might support the idea of working with other herpers to create "good" laws to regulate the herp industry. I just don't think the herpers I've talked to are any more capable of writing such laws than the people who've created all the ones in the past.

Anyway, I gotta go. I might post again tomorrow.
