Ryan,

first off, in the State of Florida you will need Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commisions license to exhibit sell reptiles. It is also called a class III License. If you plan on selling Venomous, you will have to have your Venomous license as well. This license has special requirements in order to obtain it unlike the Normal License. Importing is another story. There are many things you need to be able to import from other countries.

:Hello,

:I am going to start selling my reptiles over the internet, and was wondering what sort of permits I need if any, and what do I need if in the future I decide to import/ distribute them on a relatively small scale. By the way, I live in Florida.

:Thank you,

:Ryan
