I recived a coastal rosy boa from someone a couple of days ago its an adult an I wanted to breed it to another coastal. I was told by a co worker that its illegal to breed rosy boa of the state you live in unless you have a permit, just wondering if thats true or not? And also would I have to have a permit to sale the ofspring?
