You can keep non-protected species native to the State of Arizona, while residing in Arizona. There are limits to the quantity that you may possess(usually a limit of 4 per species, but there are variations to this amount depending on the species). There are also laws regulating the importation of animals into Arizona. One of those laws states that you cannot import rattlesnakes into Arizona....even species that are native to the state. So, you can keep albino atrox in Arizona, (I think the limit is 4), but you cannot import them from out of State.
Disclaimer: I am doing this all from memory so you will definitely want to cross check all of this information with the actual regulations that can be found on the Arizona Game and Fish website, and maybe even follow it up with a call to their main office (make sure you speak to someone who specializes in reptiles or you will get a multitude of incorrect statements and information.)
