A question on leopard frogs.

Thanks for the list. I'm not a taxonomist and have a question on the S. leopard frog.
We show them in Texas as R. Spenocephala, not as a subspecies of Utricularia. Also you show R. u. spenocephala as in FL only. What gives?
Is Texas wrong, or is it Indiana? Or both?
