: As a Canadian, I dont follow a lot of the US based laws governing specific types of animals. However I do know that what happens in Tn, Cal, Fla or even Wa, eventually happens here. Our politicians listen to the ones that are most vocal, and yes, those with deep pockets. As a supplier of fishes to the US, dealing with USFW is no bowl of cherries. Experience is a great teacher. To this, I intend to send this note on to several societies here in Canada and abrosd, for its no longer a national issue, but international. The laws of one country compared to another may not sound the same in their wording....but in the end the meaning is always the same. Let me know what more I can do Eco.

ECO, I AM WITH YOU ALL THE WAY. I have kept animals all my life, and years ago in my teens, got very interested in snakes, lizards, turtles, and amphibians. I have always kept my herps in the best conditions, and have talked many people to positively change their views about these misunderstood animals. Now is the time to oppose these laws, because if passed, there is most certainly no going back. We need everyones help, If you can do anything to save our hobby, please do. Why should the responsable owners of these animals be punished for mistakes made by uneducated people, passing unfounded laws?
I am in Pennsylvania. I will do anything possible to help.
