: Please send me documentation of the alleged pine snake fiasco. I would like to sort out whether this is just another story or a true blunder by unethical state employees.
: Where is the poachers contributions to bog turtle biology? I would very much like to see it.
: I am glad John helped out with some nice hobbyiest articles though I see nothing that shows that he is the authority on west Texas herps by being included in a thanks.
: At least in my state there is some listing as threatened and endangered but the DNR considers them all endangered. In NJ this is appears to be the case as well. The same restrictions apply to both threatened and endangered and the same permits are required to work with them. I am sorry if I was not technical enough for you with this distinction. My point was that it is a protected species in NJ.
: I didn't say it took a biology degree but it has proven to be of exceptional value to property managers and restoration efforts of conservation biologists. Besides I never said that contributions can only come from those with biology degrees. You could make important contributions if you would take the time.

Do you actually think that there is documentation of the albino pines? Hell no. Who would write about it, the guily people involved? LOL..... I can't believe that you would even ask for such an absurd thing. As far as the bog turtle guy. He is the most knowledgable person working with them. Why else would they give him permits to keep them? Why? Because the state did not know how to keep them alive. He is also doing field work for them voluntarily. And as far as John. You ask for publications. I give them to you. But it's not enough. But everyone has the last laugh because i've yet to see yours in anything....LOL...LOL...LOL...LOL
