Hard Boiled Egg

Well, as it turns out, I had some unexpected success with my "human food." I read in enough places to set me at ease that they could eat chicken eggs, but ran a small risk of contracting salmonella. So I hard boiled an egg, cut it in half, removed the yolk, broke it up into strips, and she ate every one of them right down! Egg whites are such a wholesome food, I am considering giving a little bit as a regular snack from now on. I'll let you guys know how it goes.
