Hello Fred:
Because Drymarchon are opportunistic feeders it can be very difficult to find something that will kickstart the babies. Try small toads. I have had some luck with them. Some will also take lizards as a first food. This is all part of the fun in raising Drymarchon. Good Luck!!!
