but I have a young one (2002) that never has switched to f/t, will only eat live. He's big enough to eat adult mice now...
And he's on them just like an Elaphae would be.

I mean EVERY time he gets a live mouse...he wraps it completely up just like any other constrictor.

I think Dwight is right that they use it only when they think they really need it...but I guess he needs it for these mice!
