At this point, all of the subspecies, other than the newly described Drymarchon caudomaculatus, are considered subspecies of Drymarchon corais. Thus it is...

Drymarchon corais couperi
Drymarchon corais erebennus
Drymarchon corais melanurus... etc etc.

I think it'll be officially changed soon...but until then...
