: Hey everyone I'm new to this forum and I also have question concerning finding homes for large texas indigos. I live in Oregon which is, let me tell you, a dead area for herps and I'm having trouble locating someone who has a interest besides me in the area or outside the area for these magnificent animals. I have a awesome Texas girl that I need to find a home for becasuse of college. Where could I look or ask to find her a home. Thanks for any help.
Brian,
i know what you mean, i lived in the San fransisco Bay area(Pittsburg) for a while and it was a WASTELAND when it came to reptiles. Finding mice/rats ws a nightmare, and the only herp. society meeting was in Davis, which is like an epic journey away from where I live. Brian, I breed Eastern Indigos, however if you are looking for a good home for your Texas, I'd be more than happy to get her from you. A gentleman i know has a male that hes trying to sell, so i'd probably try to breed them. Go to Renegade Reptiles and click on the indigo page, it's on Kingsnake. Lots of info and my phone numbers listed there also. Thanks,
Fred A.
