It's a good thing these beauties are tame (with attitude) because if they were biters we would all be at a loss of blood trust me! As we all are aware that indigos do not constrict nor do they have venomn at least they have long sharp teeth and a agressive attitude to consume their prey fast. I herd a story from george at the kissimmi st. cloud serpentarium that a 7' black tail once being fed, lunged at the man feeding it and missed his flesh and latched on to his denim jeans and RIPPED A 2" circle out of his pants! pretty impressive huh!
