Chris, ck. your email, & furthermore...I suggest never make a deal soley via email, its too easy for the rippoff artists, insist on a phone number & an address. Save all email correspondance via cut & paste to a master document that is properly archived. I also (usually)require a good jpg of what Im buying...tho my last purchase from a well known supplier thus I felt this was uneccesary.....resulted in me getting another god$#@ed kink :( :( But at least i got a credit out of them....
Reputation is everything, & clearly this forum has a number of the best roosting in it.
Never make it easy for these fece-heds, demand a fair settlement & if they refuse you in a timely manner; complain loudly to the police in their area, the better business bureaus, the I-net provider they used, KS.com, etc. Do not let them get away w/ it for free or you... the lazy dog... are complicit in their next rippoff.
Sometime we otta do a thread on the worst i-net rippoffs...I could tell you about the biology professor who sold me 2 crypto infected zonata & refused to acknowledge it...eeerrrrr....
Our duty as consumers is to be reasonable too, new arrivals (assuming they dont have kinks or look like poor Chris's Texan)need to go in to sterile new tubs; in quarantine, & allow the critter a chance to acclimate/rehydrate, dont handle them too much & wait a few days to offer food, then begin to form our opinions...
::I too am sick & tired of rippoff i-net deals. Im finding 1 in ~ 2.5-3 of the ones I enter are bad, some deals worse than others.
::I fully intend one day to allow them to stumble into my elbow snout first... & allow them the opportunity to cleanse their sins via an elixir of sangria & tears.
::A simple search of the Vegas listings resulted in 2 hits. Mr Gila will need to contact me for them as I dont know for sure he/she is being totally straight.
::You appear to have been defrauded & you should document your vet bills/ shipping labels etc. & take the time (this is your duty as a good citizen...) to complain to the LV Metro Police &/or Nv Attorney General Consumer Fraud unit. & let this piece of detritus sweat a potential felony conviction.
::All of us guardian afficionados have a duty to send this human offal... a nasty email as I have done.

:Email me with your email address and I'll send you as much evidence as you care to look at that I'm telling the truth. Email correspondence, vet bills, shipping labels, copy of the money order, more photos, you name it.
