:1. Are cribos able to eat virtually anything like the indigos (anoles, any species of frog or fish..etc) Furthermore are they immune to the bites of rattlesnakes?
Yes, they will eat most anything, but in captivity a diet of rodents does them just fine. Immunity to venom?...I'm not ready to find out.
:2. As far as size goes comparing the BT,YT, and Unicolors, do they all have the potential to get over 6'? Specifically the BT since thats mostly all thats available. Whats their growth rate like?
I think that it is the exceptional indigo or cribo that DOESN'T reach 6 feet. As for the average sizes, I'd say the buzz in this forum is that Yellow Tails are the largest on average, followed by Unicolors. Which of the other sub's are the biggest on average might be a toss up. Personally I think the Texas Indigos have greater growth potential than Easterns.
But there are exceptions to all the rules. Not many years ago, a local serpentarium had a 9 (nine) Foot FEMALE Eastern Indigo.
As a general rule, if well fed, the commonly kept drymarchon will get to over 7 feet for males and about 6 for females.
:3.Anything else you would like to comment on?
Stick to Captive Bred. You'll almost be guaranteed a healthier and tamer animal.
