young blacktail feeding problems

I was wondering if I could get some right and "almost" exact feeding tips for my 1.1 blacktails. The male has outgrown the female by 4' maybe more(he's about 26'& she's 21'). anyway my male will eat two rat pups twice a week, and my female is basicaly "potluck", I'm pretty much experimenting with her. Last night she ate one newborn rat pup and one 8' captive born corn snake. In a nutshell I don't wanna halfway assist feed my cribos.
