I also agree with Dean A. My preferences as to what snakes I'd keep in my collection don't reflect the fact that I actually do like all snakes. I would be thrilled to catch and release a corn snake found in the wild. I even get a rise outta seeing garter snakes still !! I actually saw one DOR today that must have just been hit as it was still twitching, TOTALLY bummed me out. I don't hate any snakes, just have much less interest in some as far as keeping them. If I used language that was too strong forgive me (I'll turn down the volume LOL). Just trying to illustrate a point that it is all opinion and that some people get really bent over it. I am against crossing species too, I think it's wrong. Again my opinion which I hold for what I believe are very good reasons (the crap people Dean was referring to in HIS post). Maybe I'm a "snake snob" because I want to keep and enjoy species that you can't get at Petco. So be it ! Sorry for making anyone mad.
