:It's been great being able to come to the forum, find answers thru others' experiences, and share information. Unfortunately, it is coming to an end. I spend way too much time on the computer; I am giving it up to have a child and spend some time in the 'real world'.
Landon,
:Thank you all so much for the wonderful advice you have given me over the years, and good luck to everyone with their Guardians!

Landon.
I feel your burnout. Good to see that you are setting your priorites straight, you are right , these forums and classifeds and kingsnake ARE NOT real life. Real life is being loved by those closest to you, hugging those that love you, spending time with your kids, backyard barbques and a cornacopia of events and trials that you go through in your DAILY life. The arguements that enuse here, the TROLLS that come here to cause trouble and be heard by -2% of the entire population of the u.s, the visual images...they are all not real life. Soemtimes you can connect with people here, meet them, sit down and talk and maybe, just maybe if you are lucky enough you can go field collecting with them. Most of the time, however, the people here rarely know each other and are replaced by new people. Its surreal.
But despite all this...I know this much:
You will be back, and sooner than you think.
Why?
Cause there are onyl SO many strange people like us in the population of the U.S. and sooner or later ya' got to talk to someone about STUFF. STUFF, it comes down tostuff, as comedian George Carlin used to say. Your stuff, my stuff, their stuff.
So...take the vacation, enjoy your kid, kiss the wife, watch T.V. and go to barbques. But when the fever calls, and it will, make sure you drop in and get a fix, cause we need you as much as you need us. Spoken like a true addict eh?
Take care,
Fred
