:My red phase baby was born July 17th and shed between July 31st and Aug. 3rd. She is active and has good wieght( i forgot but will weigh again). I have goldfish inside and a small anole i put in . She has shown no interest in either of them. My question is when should i start getting concerned and what else should i try? I dont have access to hatchling snake shells so i can't try that. Just want to be prepaed with back up plans...


not to worry.....they can go for several months w/out feeding although i don't know why they do that. last year, i had a unicolor hatchling not eat for 119 days. now that's all he does. but they continue to grow through the fasting making 'assisted feeding' easier later on if it comes to that. good luck.....i'm in the same boat again this year too....;-/
