caring for Spilotes

I like Spilotes and was wondering how some of you guys kept yours. If you could, would you please provide specifics (eg. substrate, cage size, bulb wattage and how far away it is from the cage floor, temp and humididty ect.) I would like to start out with a baby so I would like to know the specs as to cage size for them.
