Herp breeding is not a regulated industry, so deposit agreements should be discussed ahead of time by buyer and seller/breeder. Everything should be clear to both parties before any money changes hands. Hope this helps.

: When you send a deposit to hold a eastern Indigo and for some reason your app. is denied is the money returned of lost? The male i currently have came from Ca. so haven't dealt with this part of it.
