: She has a faint pinkish/orangish color to her underside & face. I wouldn't really call her a red though. What do you guys think?

: BTW, there's not as much red on the sides of the head as there appears to be, it must've been from the flash.

FOLKS,
After a lot of thinking, I realize that I too am OVERLY partial to all black easterns. Most black easterns have white coloration uncerneat their chins, but a few lucky souls are born SOLID BLACK. In my mind, these are the pen-ultimum of Eastern Indigos. I get soooo many requests for Red Faced Easterns, meanwhile I am praying to my creator that I produce solid black ones.Lol I have also noticed that the solid black ones lack the checkerboard pattern of many reds and white chinned blacks as neonates. They are simply all black. My favorite large female"Obsidian" sports all black coloration and is a sight to behold.
Eric, looks like you have a great snake there, I dont have to tell you to enjoy her as you allready do. Please realize that one mans meat is another mans top ramen, everyone has a personal preference when it comes to color, be happy with your Indigo, whether it is red chinned, white chinned, Yellow chinned(You find onelike this, you call me hear?) or all black. No matter what, they are still Eastern Indigos, the most awesome serpent on earth.............
*cheers*
