I have a friend who worked with couperi in the past with far better than average results. The year before he got rid of them, he had a female drop 22 eggs !!!!!!!! 17 of which hatched !!!! I'd like to hear from anyone producing or working with these animals. The smallest clutch he got from a female was 8 eggs, with the average being closer to 14-15 per clutch !!!!!
I believe it was because of some "special" things he employeed with their husbandry.
