Thought I'd post end results of my Eastern Indigo clutch. All 10 hatched at 78.8 degrees. Substrate was vermiculite, moistened 50/50 with water, by weight. Damp paper towels over the eggs in the last 2 weeks when a few dented pre-maturely. Sire is red, dam is black. Babies came out 5 red, 5 black. Eggs hatched over 6 day period. Biggest eggs produced red babies. Will weigh all neonates in the next few days and see if baby reds are bigger snakes. Any questions gladly answered. Best regards, Steve B.
