I used to hatch Button & Japanese Quail chicks years ago to feel to stubborn feeding baby Green Tree Pythons. The hatchling quail were not THAT much bigger than a bumble bee, plus a lot of what made them up was their fuzz, once the snake got it in it's mouth the bird would be half the size.
Only prob was you ran a risk of salmonella. Might I also add I envy you guys who are sucesssfully hatching out all these baby Indigos & REALLY WISH you guys could relieve me of some money since I WANT a couple more Indigos. But am happy for your sucess as well, hopefully in a few years I get in here & post the number of eggs my female laid or the # hatchlings I produced.
