last year i had unicolor hatchling that refused food for 114 days. dean suggested gently prying open his jaws w/ business or credit card and merely place the head of a live pink in it's mouth, snug down his jaws and release. do not try forcing it down his throat. well, i did this, stepped away and to my amazement, not only did he immediately swallow that pink but went straight over to the deli cup holding other live pinks and started pigging out on his own. it worked for me the first time. good luck.......they'll start eventually.
