Y.Ts, B.Ts, Unis, and easterns

I have a 7 foot male uni. and a 4 foot female b.t. now the female was gravid when I got her and I am incubating 4 eggs right now. I have a 9 foot male y.t. comming this week end.
A friend of mine just picked up a pair of easterns and a few b.t.s and he has a snake that seems strange. He has an eastern yellow tail cross. It came in his collection he didn't do the cross. My main question is how hard is it to find Female unis and yellows. I have a large femal ca indigo coming in tommorow. But the people have no idea what it is. I am hoping it is a uni. but if its a b.t thats fine. Roughly what are is icubation times and temps.
