Rob,
I have had easterns go 14 days between first and last pips of a single clutch.
Routinly they will go 7 days. THey seem to sometimes develop at differnt rates.
I'd wait 2 weeks after the firts pip, then open it. If it SHOULD pip on it's own any day now though.
I can talk you through what to do if you decide to open it.
