:This is a valid argument to use, Indigos really surpress other snake populations or at least make them less visible. I haven't seen any garters or ribbon snakes at new greenhouse and the level of treefrogs is much higher so there is plenty of prey. The good old boys say the rarely see rattlers when hunting. They are around I escorted a 5' one off the road. One of my workers was amazed that I did not kill it. Should have told him I train them to go after people I don't like.
