Great info. I didn't know that black tails, or if you prefer, olives, were variable in color. Is the color the same as the parents or do you get a variety of colors in any given clutch? If so, maybe "Olive" indigo would be better as it is more descriptive.

What is the common name for D.c. unicolor?
