Despite of this forums general disliking of plastic containers I would like to say:
My two-room-plastic-enclosures seem to work well... Got 72F in the moisty room and 81F in the other(hotter right over the heatmat) with a 20" long and 3" wide tube connecting them. The female that recently shed exposed herself, laying comfortly in the warm transparent part the day after having two mice. Then getting back to her hiding place in the cooler box when saw me moving around in the room. The other two have burrowed them down in the substrate in the cool side of their homes... By the way the overall length of the arrangements is 47", Hope it will do for a while!
Since a couple of months I feed them with one adult mouse and last week I fed them with two mice each... and I really noticed the growth! Going back to one mouse a week, donīt wont them to get fat...
