That is quite a controversial picture. I can understand if it was an accident, and I even understand that you posted it without knowing what an uproar it might cause, but labeling one snake as "better" than the other is going too far. They are both a great species that deserves respect. Now I don't know about whoever posted this pic, but if I accidentally fed a gorgeous king like that (or any other snake for that matter) to my indigo, I'd feel very guilty. Now about which snake would "win". I am not biased towards either species, but I believe that a king of equal size would consume the indigo. The king is evolved for tackling snakes, (even venemous species). The king also has VERY powerful constricting coils. From the indigos I have seen feed, they don't exactly use skill. More like strike at anything that moves. Again, I'm not biased towards either species. The king would win. (they're not called "KING" snakes for no reason). If you need to fulfill your childhood fantasies of two snakes duking it out, stick to watching the discovery channel.
