I've got six black milks, and their temperment is much different than say a honduran milk. Blacks are extremely calm, and I've never heard of one biting. They are also about the largest of the milks. They are aggressive feeders, so you usually don't have to worry about problem eaters. They also do well at room temp, so you don't have to have supplemental heat. Most will get up to 5-6 feet, with the max being about 7 feet. They won't be as heavily bodied as an indigo, but the pros are that they're cheaper, and require much less maintenance than an indigo.
Good Luck.
: Im truly torn between raising a black milksnake or an indigo Im just crazy about both But I want to go with one or the other.Whats the pros & cons of each?Which has the best temperment? Thanks for your advice
