Actually I was planning on a cage that was

8 foot long x 3 foot wide x 3 foot high

I was going to make the basking spot of 100' off the ground and on a platform that the snake would have climb up a branch or plank to get to. Then I was thinking of a gradient though out the rest of the tank of 80 on the high and 70 on the low.

Does this sound about right?
