I cant see any reason why, if they were crossbred, that the offspring wouldn't be capable of reproduction. They are the same species level. A comparison would be diamond pythons and carpet python crosses. Same species, different subspecies.
Diamond/Jungle crosses are quite common. My observation is that the intent is to get as "diamond" looking as possible. I would guess that the future of drymarchon crosses would be to look as "eastern" as possible.
Any thoughts?
