and it would have to be at the northern extremety of the Texas indigo range. Utopia is even north of San Antonio. Indigos here in Hillsborough county were not that rare until recently. Like everwhere in Florida, development is taking over there habitat. The Phospate mines just destroyed several thousand acres of the best indigo habitat I knew of in this county. What lttle habitat that was left, the state purchased and made a park out of...so you can kiss the indigos in that area good bye!
