Another interesting morsel of information...have been reading through my notes and records from years gone by.. Joe Berraduci once told me that he had taken some German folk out collecting in the Shark Valley area of the Everglades and they had found a 7ft gravid indigo. Time of the year according to Joe was early April and Joe said that she was in the advanced stages, perhaps, moving in search of a nesting site.
