Carl....Italian leather....is great..but..heres a horror story

Carl,

About 8 years ago I had a large Eastern Indigo male(Not cadillac) I had kept him for a fairly short period of time . We(My ex and I) bought a brand new leather couch, a BIG expenditure of $ for a fairly poor couple.
Well....one day I thought it would be "NEAT" to let my JUMBO (9ft) eastern male lay on this new couch. I went to the bathroom, came back, and he had moved from where he was previously, which was lieing along the seam of the couch,to the OTHER end of the couch. No problem there at all.
Until I recognized the PUNGENT odor comeing from*eghads* MY NEW COUCH!! Turns out the Eastern had defecated all along the back seam of the couch, and the fluid waste had dripped down into the lower cushions. Did I mention that the cushions DO not come out?

I put the snake away and cleaned the couch for about 3 hrs, could never get the rank smell to leave.

So..*LESSON FOR TODAY*

Mamas...dont let your Indigos rest on leather
furniture!!
