This man has been experiencing the Placebo effect.

As for my size, gentics and hard work were my secrets to success.

If you lift weights, you will find that most of the steroid users(not all, but most), although they have some size and strength, will not be as strong as individuals who got to the same size naturally. Additionally, you will see large size swings in these individuals.
