It is a really big no-no to capture wild indigos. DONT DO IT! They are listed on the Endangered Species Act so messing with wild ones is against the law.
As for buying them, I've heard it's possible to get a florida permit, but it is definately illegal to keep them without it. Then once you got the Florida permit, you'd have to get the interstate commerce permit from the feds. I'm pretty sure that a condition of the permit is that you have only 1 sex, no breeding allowed. Frankly you would be better off getting any of the other subspecies.
