My cribos are not eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, my name is Werner. I am in charge of the reptile unit at emerald zoo in south africa. l am having problems with my two black tailed cribos, as they are not eating. They are 5 years old, and were in quarantine(Pretoria zoo) for 30 days. As they were moved to me they have stopped eating.I can not understand this because all the other snakes that was with them in quarantine are eating fine.The room temperature is a constant 28 deg. celcius.please help me, as I want to help conserve the spesies.
