Thats ironic, because I posted the same thing on the gopher snake forum and got a response by several people, Jeff Barringer being one of them. I dont know what to think ,I just know that I am against it PERSONALLY. It just sends out a message that useing rattlers bodyparts is ok, and the likelyhood that it encourages people to get them, whether they can get them from a reputable source or from ANYONE that can supply them locally. Yes, I have leather wallets, leather nikes, and a leather belt. But cows arent endangered, aqnd rattlesnakes may one day be along with the animals that inhabit their burrows. You make the call/
