Size of cage depends on the size of the snake. I use 6’ x 2’ x 18”H cages for adults…I recommend at least a 4 x 2 cage or larger for adults over 4’.
Blacktail cribos can be maintained and bred in a similar fashion as eastern indigos…you can use the care sheets for easterns that are on www.indigosnakes.com for blacktails.
I have not personally bred them (hope to soon) but I understand that blacktails are, if anything, a little easier to breed than easterns and have more babies.
